RESOLUTION NO. 60-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR AUDIT SERVICES BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS AND C.G. UHLENBERG & COMPANY,
A PARTNERSHIP
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain Agreement for Audit Services between the Town of
Los Altos Hills and Robert E. Barsanti, Jeffrey J. Ira, Robert E. McDonald and
Peggy H. Chen, partners doing business under the firm name and style of C. G.
UHLENBERG & COMPANY, a partnership, for examination of the accounts and
financial statement records of the TOWN for the fiscal year 1988-1989,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into an
Agreement for Audit Services, and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
approves the hereinabove described Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into, and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest the above described Agreement for Audit Services.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th day of may , 1989.
