RESOLUTION NO. 63-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED
FROM STEPHEN C. SCHOTT AND PATRICIA A. SCHOTT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain
Easement Deed concerning streets, pathway and trails, and public utilities
executed by Stephen C. Schott and Patricia A. Schott, his wife; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Easement Deed executed by Stephen C. Schott and Patricia
A. Schott, his wife, be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los-
Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17 •day of May, 1989.
