RESOLUTION NO. -67-89
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DESIGNATING OFFICERS OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS TO SIGN AND ENDORSE CHECKS.
WARRANTS AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the following named officers of the Town
of Los Altos Hills be, and they hereby are authorized to sign and endorse
checks, warrants and other instruments withdrawing funds from accounts
maintained by the Town of Los Altos Hills with banks and other depositories
of City funds:
1. Toni Casey Councilmember
2. J. Robert Johnson Councilmember
3. William Siegel Councilmember
4. Barbara Tryon Councilmember
5. Mary Van Tamelen Councilmember
6. Tom Frutchey City Manager
7. Louise Par mett City Treasurer, Finance Officer
Provided, however, that each check, warrant or other instrument shall
be signed by any two of the persons named above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each bank with whom funds of the
Town of Los Altos Hills are on deposit is authorized to honor any and all
checks, warrants, and other instruments of the Town of Los Altos Hills signed
as provided herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority hereby conferred shall
remain in force until notice of the revocation thereof by the City Council of

the Town of Los Altos Hills shall have been given to each bank or other
depository of City funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. ' .46-88 adopted on
May 4, 1988 hereby is repealed effective upon adoption of the within
Resolution.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 7th day of June, 1989.
