RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, heretofore there was recorded in Book 490 of Maps at Page
28, Santa Clara County Records, on September 23, 1981, a Parcel Map
concerning the division of a portion of the Rancho La Purissima Concepcion,
and which Map contained Parcels A and B; and ,, .
WHEREAS, it appears that the owners of Parcels A and B desire to have
the adjustment of their respective Parcel lines approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve adjustment of the Parcel
lines between Parcels A and B, said Parcels A and B being contiguous one to
the other;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND. DETERMINED as
follows:
1. The proposed Parcel line adjustment between Parcels A and B is
between two existing adjacent Parcels and the land to be taken from Parcel B
would be added to Parcel A.
2. The Parcel line adjustment proposed would result in Parcel A being
thereafter described as set forth in Exhibit "A" and Parcel B being thereafter

described as set forth in Exhibit "B", each of which Exhibits is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
2. Approval of the Parcel line adjustment would not result in a greater
number of Parcels than originally existed being created thereby.
3. Pursuant to the authority of Subsection (d) of Section 66412 of the
Government Code of California, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby approves the Parcel line adjustment referred to above.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21st day of June, 1989.

NEW PARCEL "A"
All that real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County
of Santa Clara, State of California and being a portion of the Rancho
La Purissima Concepcion and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of Parcel "B" as shown on
that certian map filed in Book 490 of Maps at Page 28, Santa Clara
County Records, said corner being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence along the westerly line` of said Parcel "B", North 4°20'00"
West, 170.29 feet;
Thence North 85°40'00" East, 75.00 feet;
Thence North 49°00'00" East, 105.21 feet;
Thence North 85°40'00" East, 208.71 feet; •

Thence along a non-tangent curve tothe left, having a radius of 50.00
