A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS PROHIBITING PARKING DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON STATE
OF CALIFORNIA RIDE AND PARK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
VICINITY OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 280 AND PAGE MILL ROAD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that no operator of any vehicle as defined in
the California Vehicle Code shall stop, stand, park, or leave standing such
vehicle on any day between the hours of two o'clock a.m. and five o'clock
a.m. on the following described real property owned by the State of
California and commonly known as the "Ride and Park" lot namely
A one and one-half (1 1/2) acre parcel bounded on the
North by Interstate Highway 280 (Milepost 18.4 District 4
Santa Clara County), on the West by Page Mill Road, and
on the South and East by Berry Hill Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police hereby is directed to
place and maintain appropriate signs indicating the stopping or parking of
vehicles is prohibited and indicating the hours when stopping or parking is
prohibited.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21st day of June, 1989.
