RESOLUTION NO. 82-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND MANOU MOVASSATE AND
JALEH MOVASSATE ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain Private Road Maintenance Agreement between the
Town of Los Altos Hills and Manou Movassate and Jaleh Movassate,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a
Private Road Maintenance Agreement to provide for construction and
maintenance of Mojan Lane as a private road, as a condition of approval of a
Parcel Map for Tract No. 7975 and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
approves the hereinabove described Private Road Maintenance Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into, and the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them
hereby is authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to
execute and attest the Private Road Maintenance Agreement between the

Town of Los Altos Hills and Manou Movassate and Jaleh Movassate.
3. The Private Road Maintenance Agreement be, and it hereby is
accepted and the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and she hereby
is directed and ordered to cause said Agreement to be recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 5th day of July, 19989.
