RESOLUTION NO. 83-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND
MANOU MOVASSATE AND JALEH MOVASSATE
li RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain "Private Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Agreement"
(herein called the "Agreement"), between the Town of Los Altos Hills and
Manou Movassate and Jaleh Movassate, wherein the above-named
individuals as the owners of the real property described therein agree to
maintain a sewer system described in the Agreement at the expense of
themselves and their respective assigns and successors in title,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows;
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of the
Agreement and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest the Agreement.
3. The Agreement be and it hereby is accepted and the City Clerk be,
and she hereby is directed and ordered to cause the Agreement to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
