A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SIXTH ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS AND RICHARD G. LANDI, AN INDIVIDUAL
DOING BUSINESS AS COLLECTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain Sixth Addendum to Agreement between the TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS and RICHARD G. LANDI, an individual doing business as
Collection System Maintenance Services, hereinafter "CSMS", providing for a
change in compensation to be paid therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:

1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a Sixth
Addendum to Agreement providing for a change in rates of compensation to
be paid for Sewer Maintenance and Emergency services and the Town of Los
Altos Hills hereby approves this Sixth Addendum to Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City
1 Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest the above-described Sixth Addendum to Agreement between the Town
of Los Altos Hills and Richard G. Landi, an individual doing business as CSMS.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 5th day of July, 1989.
