RESOLUTION NO_ 93-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME
AND PLACE OF THE MEETING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF
PROPOSED INCREASES IN OR LEVYING OF NEW FEES OR CHARGES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, as follows:
1. The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7:15 p.m. on
Wednesday, the 6th day of September, 1989, in the Council Chambers, Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place of
the meeting at which the Council will hear oral or written presentations made
by any interested person or member of the public concerning proposed
increases in the fees charged by the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills for
Business Licenses, Planning and Zoning Services (including but not
limited to Variances, Use Permits, Zoning changes), Subdivision Processing
(including Tentative and Final Subdivision and Parcels Maps), Site
Development Permit, Public Health and Safety (including but not
limited to false alarms, weapon transportation or discharge, waste discharge,
litter clean-up), Public Works (including Building, Electrical, Plumbing
and Mechanical Permits and Inspections, maintenance of official copy
of Building Plans, street excavation, water and sewer connections, capacity
charges, private sewage disposal systems), or services related thereto, and

which the Council has before it for consideration.
2. The data required by Section 54992 of the Government Code
indicating the amount of cost or estimated cost, of the Town of Los Altos Hills,
required to provide the services for which the fees or service charges
described above are proposed to be increased or to be levied, and the
revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, shall be made available
to the Public at least ten (10) days prior to September 6, 1989, in the Office of
the City Clerk, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, for inspection by the
Public.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause "NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED INCREASES IN OR LEVYING OF NEW FEES OR
CHARGES to be posted in at least three (3) public places in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, not less than ten (10) days prior to the Council meeting to be held
on September 6, 1989.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 19th day of July, 1989.

CONCERNING PROPOSED INCREASES IN OR LEVYING
OF NEW FEES OR CHARGES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 1959, at the hour
of 7:15 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los
Altos Hills, California, at which time and place oral or written presentations
may be made by any interested person or member of the public concerning
proposed increases in or levying of new fees proposed to be charged by the
Town for Business Licenses, Planning and Zoning Services (including
but not limited to Variances, Use Permits, Zoning changes), Subdivision
Processing (including Tentative and Final Subdivision and Parcels Maps),
Site Development Permit, Public Health and Safety (including but not
limited to false alarms, weapon transportation or discharge, waste discharge,
litter clean-up), Public Works (including Building, Electrical, Plumbing
and Mechanical Permits and Inspections, maintenance of official copy
of Building Plans, street excavation, water and sewer connections, capacity
charges, private sewage disposal systems), or services related thereto,
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the data required by Section 54992 of
the Government Code indicating the amount of cost or estimated cost, of the
Town required to provide the services for which the fees or service charges

revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, will be available to the
public at least ten (10) days prior to September 6, 1989, in the Office of the
City Clerk, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, and may be inspected by the
