RESOLUTION NO. 108-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT #A0866 REGARDING SANTA CLARA
VALLEY NONPOINT SOURCE PROGRAM BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS AND VARIOUS PUBLIC ENTITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain Extension of Agreement #A0866 regarding Santa
Clara Valley Nonpoint Source Program (herein called the "Agreement")
between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the Santa Clara Valley Water
District, County of Santa Clara, and the Town of Los Gatos, and Cities of
Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Mountain View, Palo
Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale, respectively, concerning
continuing the Santa Clara Valley Nonpoint Source Program and
apportionment of the costs thereof to the public entities participating
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
1. Public interest and conveninece require the entering into an
Agreement described above and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves
the Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into, and the Mayor and City '
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest an Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and various public
entities.
