RESOLUTION NO. 109-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to sell certain surplus or
obsolete personal property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
1. The following personal property owned by the Town of Los Altos

is hereby declared to be surplus or obsolete and is hereby ordered to be sold.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-4.06 and 2-4.07 of the Los
Altos Hills Municipal Code, the City Manager is directed to solicit bids for the
sale of the above-described personal property, after prescribing the
procedure to be followed, and the sale of which shall be approved by the City
Manager if the value of the item of personal property being sold is $500 or
less, and approved by the City Council if the value of the item of personal
property being sold is more than $500.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 20th day of September, 1989.
