A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED
(SUNSET DRIVE AND TRAIL EASEMENTS)

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los_Altos Hills has received a certain
Easement Deed executed by BRENT E. FREEMAN and CHARLENE FREEMAN, his
wife; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Easement Deed executed by BRENT E. FREEMAN and
CHARLENE FREEMAN be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los
Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 20th day of September, 1989.

California, the fallowing:
1. An EASEMENT for the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance
of streets and street improvements, including but not limited to a pathway,
drainage facilities, storm sewers, water mains and pipes, street lighting

corner being the intersection of the center line of Sunset Drive
and Furke Avenue and heing distant along the centerline of

THENCE. from said point of beginning along the centerline of
Sunset Drive, as established by perpendicular offsets from "A''
line as shown upon said map, North 63° 15' West 96.50 feet,

West 26.85 feet;
THENCE along a line parallel to the centerline of Sunset Drive,
