HomeMy WebLinkAbout121-89 • RESOLUTION NO. 121-89 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED (PATHWAY) RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, that WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain Easement Deed (Pathway executed byRaymond, y d G. Handley and Milla L. Handley, his wife, WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the above- described Easement Deed (Pathway), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: L That the Easement Deed (Pathway) executed by Raymond G. Handley and Milla L. Handley, his wife, be and the..same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills. 2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and ordered to cause the Easement Deed (Pathway) described above to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara. HANDLEY, his wife, hereby GRANT to the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California an EASEMENT for the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of PATH or TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS together with ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, on, over, across, along, and upon the following described real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, to wit: Commencing at an iron pipe set in the northeasterly line of Page Mill Road at the most westerly corner of that certain 46 acre tract of land described in the Deed from Claire Howard Ross to Courtenay J.
