A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED
(PATHWAY)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain
Easement Deed (Pathway executed byRaymond, y d G. Handley and Milla L.
Handley, his wife,
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the above-
described Easement Deed (Pathway),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
L That the Easement Deed (Pathway) executed by Raymond G. Handley
and Milla L. Handley, his wife, be and the..same hereby is accepted by the
Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Easement Deed (Pathway) described above to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18 day of October , 1989.

RAYMOND G. HANDLEY and MILLA L. HANDLEY, his wife, hereby
GRANT to the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of California an EASEMENT for the construction, reconstruction, and
maintenance of PATH or TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS together with ingress
thereto and egress therefrom, in, on, over, across, along, and upon the
following described real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to wit:
Commencing at an iron pipe set in the northeasterly line
of Page Mill Road at the most westerly corner of that
certain 46 acre tract of land described in the Deed from
Claire Howard Ross to Courtenay J. Moon, et_ ux,_dated _ _
August 24, 1943, and recorded August 27, 1943, in Book
_ 1159 of Official Records, Page 152, of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California;
Thence along said northeasterly line of Page Mill Road,
South 41° 35' East, 16.20 feet to the centerline of a
private road;
Thence along the centerline of said private road, the
following courses and distances;
North 70° 38' East, 927.38 feet;
North 83° 04' 30" East, 362.64 feet; and
South 89° 06' 25" East, 293.30 feet;
Thence continuing along the prolongation of said
centerline, South 89° 06' 25" East, 28.24 feet to an iron
pipe set on the southeasterly line of said private road,
said iron pipe also being the Point of Beginning of this
description;

Thence along the southerly line of said private road, the
following-three (3) courses and distances;
South 45° 48' 15" West, 28.36 feet;
North 89° 06' 25" West, 300.24 feet;
South 83° 04' 30" West, 285.87 feet;
Thence leaving said private road, North 87° 01' East,
145.18 feet to the easterly boundary line of that certain
parcel of land conveyed by Courtenay J. Moon, et ux, to
William F. Talbot, et ux, by Deed dated January 6, 1950,
and recorded January 10, 1950, in Book 1906 of Official.
Records, Page 213;
Thence along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet
measured at right angles to the southeasterly line of said
private road, the following three -(3)-_ courses and
distances;
North 83° 04' 30" East, 140.35 feet;
South 89° 06' 25" East, 303.71 feet;
North 45° 48' 15" East, 34.76 feet;
Thence leaving said parallel line North 56° 52' 13" West,
10:25 feet to the Point of Beginning, and being.a portion
of the Rancho La Purissima Conception, containing 0.125 ±
acres.
