RESOLUTION NO. 133-89
A RESOLUTION.CONFIRMING FURTHER EXTENSION OF THE LEASE
SOF PROPERTY BETWEEN FRIENDS OF WESTWIND, INC. AND THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has
previously extended that certain document entitled "Lease" between
•Friends of Westwind, Inc. and Town; and
WHEREAS, the parties require additional time to develop a new Lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows: •
• 1. Public interest and convenience require the further extension of
the earlier Lease during the development of a new Lease for a portion of
Town owned property described therein to Friends of Westwind, Inc. for the
uses described therein. This Resolution shall confirm the City Council's
• decision to further extend the earlier Lease for a period commencing as of
12:01:a.m. on December 1, 1989, and ending as of 12:01 a.m. on January 30,
1990.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed
on;behalf of the Town, respectively, to execute and attest any document
necessary to evidence the extension of the "Lease" between the Town of Los
Altos Hills and Friends of Westwind, Inc.
