A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE TEXT OF
CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE 10 OF THE LOS ALTOSHILLS MUNICIPAL
CODE ENTITLED"SITE DEVELOPMENT" TO INCREASE THE
BUILDING COVERAGE AMOUNT FOR STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW; AND RECO14MENDATION CONCERNING
A PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of
California, that
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied a proposed
Ordinance which would adopt amendments to Section 10-2 . 301 of Title
10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code entitled "Site Development"
to increase the amount of building coverage for structures , the
Site Development proposals for which shall be subject to administra-
tive review instead of Site Development Committee review; and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk
a proposed Negative Declaration following, an initial study to de-
termine whether the proposed Amendments to the Site Development
Chapter may have a significant effect on the environment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED as follows :
1. The Planning Commission hereby declares its intention to
consider said the proposed revisions -to- the Site _Development Chap=
ter, and does hereby set the hour of 7: 30 o'clock p.m. , on Wednes-
day, August 13 , 1986 , in the Council Chambers , Town Hall, 26379
Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, as the time and place for
public hearing thereon as required by the Los Altos Hills Municipal
Code and the Government Code of California, and as the time and

place when it proposes to make a recommendation to the City Council
concerning adoption of the Negative Declaration described above.
2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby order-
ed and directed to cause notice of. the Public Hearing to be made by
doing each of the following things not less than ten (10) days prior
to the date of the Public Hearing,and as required by Sections 65090
to 65094 , inclusive of the Government Code of California, and the
Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, to wit:
(a) Posting a Notice of Public Hearing in at least
three (3) public places in the City of the Town. of
Los Altos Hills.
(b) Giving Notice of said Public Hearing by first
class mail to .any person who has filed a written
request therefore with the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills.
(c) Mailing a copy of the Notice of the Preparation
of -the Negative Declaration to all organizations and
individuals who have previously requested such notice
of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills .
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 23rd day of July,
1986 .
