RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND
PLACE OF A STUDY SESSION CONCERNING THE PROPOSED
AMENDMENT OF THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, one of the mandatory elements of a General Plan is a
Housing Element; and
WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills has caused to
be prepared a Housing Element proposed to replace the Housing Element
in the existing General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town is required to consult and advise with civic,
educational, professional and other organizations and citizens
generally during the formulation of any General Plan; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission desires to make available
copies of the proposed new Housing Element to citizens of the Town
and other interested organizations and to receive their comments
and suggestions in a Study Session to be held for that purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1. The Planning Commission does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30
p.m. o' clock on Wednesday, August 12 , 1981, in the Council Chambers,
Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the
time and place for a Study Session on the proposed new Housing
Element to the General Plan.
2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered
and directed to cause a Notice of the Study Session to be posted in
at least three (3) public places in the Town, not less than five
(5) days prior to the day of the Study Session.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 22nd day of July, 1981 .
