RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING AND TRANSMITTING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL A PATH AND TRAIL ELEMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing
concerning a proposed amendment to the Los Altos Hills General Plan
to include a Path and Trail Element therein and has considered the
matter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1. The Planning Commission hereby approves a Path and Trail Element
to be included in the General Plan of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills and consisting of the text of the Path and Trail Element
together with two maps entitled, respectively, "Master Path Map of
the Town .of Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara County, California" and
"Master Bikeway Plan of the Town of Los- Altos Hills, Santa Clara
County, California. "
2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is ordered and directed
to transmit the Path and Trail Element to the City Council as required
by Section 65354 of the Government Code of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 14th day of January 1981.
