RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN TO INCLUDE
A PATH AND TRAIL EASEMENT THEREIN, AND SETTING THE TIME
AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has caused to be prepared an
amendment to the Los Altos Hills General Plan to include a Path and
Trail Element therein; and
WHEREAS , pursuant to Section 65351 of the Government Code of
California, the Planning Commission is required to hold at least
one hearing on the proposed amendment prior to making its report,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1. The Planning Commission does hereby declare its intention .
to consider the above-described amendment to the Los Altos Hills
General Plan, and does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30 o 'clock p.m. , on
Wednesday, January 14 , 1981, in the Council Chambers , Town Hall,
26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, as the time and
place for Public Hearing thereon.
2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is ordered and
directed to cause notice of the Public Hearing to be made by posting
in at least three public -places in the Town, not less than ten (10)
days prior to the day of hearing, a Notice of Public Hearing.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 10th day of December, 1980 .
