RESOLUTION NO. 80 -5
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSIDER
AMENDMENTS TO THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS
ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" , AND SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
THEREON
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has caused to be prepared amend-
ments to the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code , to wit : To add a new

Article to be numbered Article 5 . 1 and to be entitled "Outdoor 'Lighting" „
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1 . The Planning Commission hereby declares its intention to
consider said proposed amendment to the Town Zoning Law described above ,
and does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30 o ' clock p .m. , on Wednesday, October
22 , 1980 , in the Council Chambers , Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los
Altos Hills , California, as the time and place for public hearing
thereon as required by the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code and the
Government Code of California.
2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered
and directed to cause notice of the Public Hearing to be held by the
Planning Commission to be made by posting in at least three (3) public
places in the Town, not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the
day of hearing, a Notice of Public Hearing.
3 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is further ordered
and directed to give notice of said Public Hearing by first class mail
to any person who has filed a written request therefor with the
Planning Commission.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills held on the 8th day of October, 1980 .
