A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE
OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 5 ,
ENTITLED "ZONING", OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS
MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to consider proposed
amendments to the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code consisting of the
0 of Sections 9-5 . 208 1 and 9- 5 . 208 2 and amending
addition ( ) ( ) , g
Sections 9-5 . 209 , 9-5 . 502 and 9- 5 . 503 , of Chapter 5 of Title 9 ,
and in accordance with the provisions of law, a Public Hearing
shall be held thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to consider a proposed
Negative Declaration for the above-described amendments ,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1 . That the Planning Commission hereby fixes as the time and
place for the Public Hearing on the above-described amendments , and
to consider the proposed Negative Declaration in connection therewith,
the hour of 7 : 45 p.m. , on Wednesday, May 28 , 1980 , in the Council
Chambers , Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California.
2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered
and directed to cause Notice of said Public Hearing and of the prepara-
tion of the Negative Declaration to be posted in at least three (3)
public places in the Town not less than ten (10) days prior to the
date of the Hearing.
3. The Secretary of the Planning Commission is further ordered..!.
and directed to give Notice of said Public Hearing by first class
mail to. any person who has filed a written request therefore with
the Town of Los Altos Hills .
4 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is further ordered
and directed to cause to be mailed a copy of the Notice of the
Preparation of the Negative Declaration to all organizations and
individuals who have previously requested such notice .

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
and of
PREPARATION OF NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of the Town of Los Altos Hills will hold a Public Hearing
on Wednesday, May 28 , 1980 , at the hour of 7 : 45 p .m. J.n the
Council Chambers , Town Ha11, 26379 Fremont Road, Los ll.tos : Hills ,
California, to consider amending Chapter 5 , entitled "Zoning" , of
Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code by adding thereto
Section 9-5 . 208 (1). and 9-5 . 208 (2) defining building coverage
and impervious surfaces ; and amending Section 9-5 . 209 , 9-5,. 50.2
and 9-5 . 503 defining building heighth and regulating allowable
building coverage and maximum building heighth; and consideration
of a proposed Negative Declaration concerning the proposed amend-
ments to the Municipal Code .
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a copy of the proposed amendments
to be considered and the Negative Declaration to be considered are
on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Planning Commission,
Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, and
may be reviewed and inspected by the public.
All interested persons are invited to be present and to be
heard on the proposed amendments and proposed consideration of a
Negative Declaration at said time and place .
