A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND
PLACE OF HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT
OF SECTION 9-5 . 303 OF CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 9 OF THE
LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE BY PROVIDING FOR THE
PREZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission desires to consider a
proposed amendment to Section 9- 5 . 303 of Chapter 5 of Title 9
of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code to provide for the. pre-
zoning of certain property delineated, in Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance
with the provisions of law, a Public Hearing shall be held thereon.,
NOW, THEREFORE ,, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1 . The Planning Commission does hereby set the hour of 7 :45
p .m. , on Wednesday, February 27, 1980 in the Council Chambers , Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, as the
time and place for the Public Hearing on the proposed amendment
to the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code .
2 . The Planning Commission Secretary is hereby ordered and
directed to cause Notice of said .Public Hearing to be posted in
at least three (3) public places in the Town not less than ten
(10) days prior to the date of the Hearing.
3. The Planning Commission Secretary is further ordered
and directed to give notice of said Public Hearing by first class
mail to any person who has filed a written request therefor with
the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills .
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 13th day of -February 1980 .
