A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF SECOND ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
Off' THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL-
MAINTENANCE, INC.
RESOLVED, by the City Council' of the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills has read and considered that certain Second Addendum
to Agreement between the CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS and
TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE, INC. , a Corporation, extending the
term of the Contract for traffic signal maintenance to and includ-
ing December 31,1985 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering
into of a Second Addendum to Agreement described above, and the
City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves this Second
Addendum to Agreement.
2 . The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter
into and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is author- _
ized and directed on behalf of said City, respectively, to
execute and attest the above-described Second Addendum to Agree-

SIGNAL MAINTENANCE, INC. , a Corporation.
REGULARLY passed and ..adopted this' 16th day of January, 1985 .
