RESOLUTION NO. 4-85
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION •
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS AND DAVID BELLUCCI, SR.' AND •
ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City ' Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered that certain
Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and David
Bellucci, Sr. an unmarried man, concerning the repair, improvement
or maintenance of the real property or improvements within the storm
drain easement described therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, ITIS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows :
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into
of the above-described Agreement, and the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills hereby approves this Agreement.
2 . The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into,
and, the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and they and each• of them hereby is authorized and directed
on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest an Agree-
ment between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and David
Bellucci, Sr. •
3 . The City Clerk be and she is further ordered and directed
tocausethe aforesaid Agreement .to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY -.passed and adopted this 16th .day of January, 1985.
