RESOLUTION NO. 5-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
ADDENDUM TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND ELEANOR C. FOWLE,
NOW KNOWN AS ELEANOR CAMERON
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, heretofore by adoption of Resolution No. 7-84 on
February 15 , 1984 the City Council approved a Subdivision Agreement
between Eleanor. C. Fowle and the City of the Town of Los Altos .
Hills relating to a final Subdivision Map entitled:
"Featherhill Farms
Tract 7482"
and; . .
. WHEREAS, the City Council of' the. City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills has read and considered that certain Addendum to Sub-
division Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills
and Eleanor C.. Fowle, now known as Eleanor Cameron wherein the date
for completion of the work required by Paragraph A of the Subdivision
Agreement is extended,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED
as follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering
into. of an Addendum to Subdivision Agreement described above and
the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the above
described Addendum to Subdivision Agreement.

2 . The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into
and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, and they and each of them hereby is , authorized and directed
on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest an
Addendum to Subdivision Agreement between the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills and Eleanor C. Fowle, now known as Eleanor Cameron.
REGULARLY PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1985 .
