RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1474
WHICH APPROVED A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
FOR THE LANDS OF ANDERSON
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on August 18 , 1982 the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 1474 entitled
"RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
LANDS OF ANDERSON"
to eliminate the lot line between Lots 4 and 5 in Tract No. 6289
pursuant .to Subsection (d) of Section 66412 of the Government Code
of California, and at the request of the owners of Lots 4 and 5 ,
John R. Anderson and Rita J. Anderson; and
WHEREAS, the Lot Line. Adjustment Map in connection with the
above-described lot line adjustment was never recorded in the Office
of the Santa Clara County Recorder as directed by Resolution No.
1474 ; and
WHEREAS, the above-named property owners have withdrawn their
application for a Lot Line Adjustment,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:
1. Resolution No. 1474 be and it hereby is rescinded and annulled,
• and all proceedings in connection with the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
described above hereby are repealed and terminated.
2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon

, delivery to, arid acceptance by the City Manager of. a Hold Harmless

Covenant executed by the property owners named above holding harmless
the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , its officers, employees and
agents from any loss or liability resulting from the rescission of
Resolution No. 1474 and termination of the Lot Line Adjustment pro-
ceedings described above. The form of the Covenant shall be in form
satisfactory to the City Attorney.
