RESOLUTION NO. 17-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1468 ESTABLISH-
ING RATES OF CHARGES TO BE MADE IN CONNECTION WITH SUB-
DIVISION OF LAND, PARCEL MAPS, SITE DEVELOPMENT, BUILDING
SITE APPROVAL, INSPECTION FEES, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS,
VARIANCES AND SEPTIC TANKS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on August 4 , 1982 the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 1468 entitled
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ESTABLISHING RATES OF
CHARGES TO BE MADE IN CONNECTION WITH SUBDIVISION
OF LAND, PARCEL MAPS, SITE DEVELOPMENT, BUILDING
SITE APPROVAL, INSPECTION FEES, CONDITIONAL USE
PERMITS, VARIANCES AND SEPTIC TANKS" ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Resolution No. 1468 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, Resolution No. 1468 be and it hereby is amended
to read as follows :
1. Every person filing an application for any of the items
listed on the Fee Schedule, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, shall pay a non-refundable
fee and a deposit, where indicated, in the amount set opposite each
item.
2 . Each person filing an application for which payment of a
fee and deposit of money is required shall be billed on the first '
day of each month for any charges for planning, engineering, geologic
or other professional services paid for by the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills and performed in connection with that person' s
project during the preceding calendar month.

If the charges so billed are not paid within thirty (30) days
following the date of the billing, the TOWN may apply the amount
on deposit to pay the billing and the TOWN may stop processing the
application in question until additional money is paid to the TOWN
to restore the amount on deposit to the full amount required in
Exhibit "A" .
4 . Each person who has deposited money with the TOWN shall
be entitled to repayment of the amount so deposited upon completion
of that person' s project and issuance of any TOWN approval required,
or that person has withdrawn the project from further consideration
or approval by TOWN, and that person has paid any charges under
paragraph previously billed to him or her. Any previously billed but
unpaid charges shall be deducted from the amount on deposit.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 20th day of March, 1985 .
