RESOLUTION .NO. 22-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO MASTS
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS, AND AUTHORIZING
EXEC[TI'ION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills (herein called the "TOWN")
is applying for federal funds in order to repair storm damage caused to El Monte
Avenue, Page Mill Road and Moody Road at various locations; and
WHEREAS, in order to apply for these funds it is necessary for a Supplement
to the Town's Master Agreement for Federal Aid Projects dated August 25, 1977, to
be approved, and its execution authorized; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that certain
Supplement No. 1,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of Supplement
No. 1, and the City Council of the City of the Town of Los"'Altos Hills hereby
approves Program Supplement No. 1 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 04-5324 for
funding of Federal Aid Project No. 04-SC1-0 IAH ER-1137(1) on El Monte Avenue,
Page Mill Road and Moody Road at various locations.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills be,
and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed on behalf of said Town,
respectively, to execute and attest Supplement No. 1.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 20th day of March, 1985.
