RESOLUTION NO. 30-85
A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES
ALONG PORTIONS OF STONEBROOK DRIVE AND EL MONTE ROAD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to restrict parking
on designated streets by Resolution pursuant to Subsection (b) of
Section 4-3.1001 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code when such
'llarea is indicated by appropriate signs,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall at any time stop, park or leave standing any vehicle as that
term is defined in the Vehicle Code of California, whether attended
or unattended for more than twenty (20) consecutive minutes along
the east side of Stonebrook Drive for a distance of one hundred
(100) feet or on the south side of El Monte Road for a distance of
one hundred (100) feet, respectively, measured from the southeast
corner of the intersectionofEl Monte Road and Stonebrook Drive.
2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect as of
the date on which signs .are erected giving notice of the parking
restrictions described in Paragraph 1 above.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th day of April, 1985.
