RESOLUTION NO. 33-85
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT FOR AUDIT SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS_
AND GEORGE P. DELUCCHI & ASSOCIATES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clars, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, hasread and considered that certain Addendum to Agreement For
Audit Services between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and
George P. Delucchi & Associates, a Partnership,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows :
1 . Public interest and convenience require the entering into of
an Addendum to Agreement For Audit Services described above whereby
the compensation to be paid for accounting services to be performed
in connection with the 1984-85 fiscal year is fixed, and the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the above-described
Addendum to Agreement For Audit Services.
2 . The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and
the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of. the Town of Los Altos Hills
be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed on
behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest the above-
described Addendum to Agreement For Audit Services between the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills and George P. Delucchi & Associates .
