RESOLUTION NO. 52-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVERSION OF ACREAGE
OF LANDS OF MORTON AND PARCEL MAP
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council having examined the proposed Parcel
Map of Lands of Morton entitled
"PARCEL MAP
being a reversion to acreage of. Lots 183 , 'Map
of Tract No. 6928 ' , Book 483 , Pages 30-32
Records of Santa Clara County, Calif.
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS"
which was filed for the purpose of reverting to acreage land previously
subdivided and consisting of four or less contiguous parcels under the
same ownership, and having determined that the said Map is in con-
formity with the requirements of Chapter 4 entitled "Subdivision" of
Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code insofar as they relate
to reversion to acreage; and
WHEREAS,. the City Council is required to approve the reversion
to acreage of previously subdivided real property pursuant to Section
66499 .20-1/4 of the Government Code of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED and DETERMINED as
follows :
1 . The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby approves the reversion to acreage of the real property described
on the Parcel Map, and approves the above-described Parcel Map.
