RESOLUTION NO. 54-85
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING LOCAL SOLID
WASTE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM PLAN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills (herein
called "the TOWN") having designated itself as the enforcement agency
for local solid wastemanagementmatters in conjunction with the
County Solid Waste Management Plan, has prepared an enforcement plan
dealingwith on-site storage of solid wastes and the collection

operation, in accordance with the requirements of the State Solid
Waste Management Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed the proposed plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and DETERMINED as follows :
1 . That certain enforcement plan entitled
"TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
LOCAL SOLID WASTE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM PLAN"
dated May 1, 1985 and prepared by the Department of Public Works of
the Town hereby is approved, and the City Engineer, or his designee,
hereby is authorized and directed to execute the enforcement plan on
behalf of the Town.
REGULARLY, passed and adopted this 5th day of June, 1985 .
