RESOLUTION NO. 88-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF EASEMENT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROBERT
B. FENWICK AND JANET M. FENWICK, AS TRUSTEES OF
THE FENWICK FAMILY TRUST, AND JOE HUANG AND SUSANNA
HUANG, AND THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS,
AND ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills has read and considered that certain Easement Maintenance
Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and ROBERT
B. FENWICK and JANET M. FENWICK, as Trustees of the Fenwick Family
Trust, and JOE HUANG and SUSANNA HUANG,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED
as follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into
of an Easement Maintenance Agreement to provide for maintenance of a
private easement of ingress and egress crossing the remainder parcel
as a condition of approval of a Parcel Map for the Lands of Fenwick,
and the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the here-
inabove described Easement Maintenance Agreement.
2. The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into,
and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed
on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest the Ease-
ment Maintenance Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills and ROBERT B. FENWICK and JANET M. FENWICK as Trustees of the
Fenwick Family Trust, and JOE HUANG and SUSANNA HUANG.

3. The Easement Maintenance Agreement be, and it hereby
is accepted and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and she hereby is directed andordered to cause said
Easement Maintenance Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th day of JulY. 1985.
