RESOLUTION NO. 90-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN DAVID BELLUCCI AND THE CITY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, AND ORDERING
RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos HIlls, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of . the Town of Los
Altos Hills has read and considered that certain Agreement between
the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and DAVID BELLUCCI.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into
of an Agreement to provide for the performance of certain conditions
of Approval of the Tally Ho Subdivision which shall run with the land,
and the circumstances under which performance is required in the future
and the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the here-
inabove described Agreement.
2. The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into,
and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed
on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest the above-
described Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills
and DAVID BELLUCCI.

3 . The above-described Agreement be, and it hereby is
accepted and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and she hereby is directed and ordered to cause said
Use Permit to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th day of July, 1985.
