RESOLUTION NO. 102-85
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR
THE 1985-86 FISCAL YEAR
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, each year the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , is
required to establish its Appropriations Limit for each year pursuant
to Article XIII B of the California -Constitution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution, did set August, 7 , 1985
at the hour of 7 :30 p.m. in the Council Chambers , Town Hall , Los Altos
Hills, California, as the time and place of the meeting at which the
Council proposes_ to establish its Appropriations Limit for the fiscal
year 1985-86 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has made available to the public the
documentation used in determining the .Appropriations Limit fifteen (15)
days prior to the date of the meeting at which the Appropriations Limit
is proposed to be adopted, and the Council having heard all persons
desiring to speak on the matter, and having fully considered the-matter,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. The City Council does hereby establish as its Appropriations
Limit for the fiscal year, the following:
$1,454,737
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 7th day of August , 1985.
