RESOLUTION. NO. 122-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR THE SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills did, in open session, duly examine and consider all bids sub-
mitted to it for the Sewer Line Replacement Project, Page Mill Road
West of Matadero Creek Lane; and
WHEREAS , the City Council rejected all of said bids except that
bid next hereinafter mentioned, and said City Council awarded the said
contractto the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
DALE L. WINuARD'AND THOMAS C. SEQUIN,
co-partners doing business under the firm
name and style of W INGARD AND SEERTEY,`GENERAL
CONTRACTORS;
at the price named in its bid, to wit:
Twelve Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($12 ,790) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the contract so awarded to the above named firm on
behalf of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to attest her signature thereto.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 4th day of September, 1985.
