RESOLUTION NO. 126-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND
PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR A
SPECIAL LAND USE PERMIT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on January 30 , 1985 , the City Council of the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted Ordinance No. 292 which imposed
a moratorium upon the use of real property for the construction of

any structure or for the conversion of any existing structure in
excess of a maximum height of fifteen (15) feet unless a special
land use permit was first issued; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 292 thereafter was extended by Ordinance
No. 295; and
WHEREAS, PAUL E. NOWACK and SHIRLEY NOWACK, his wife,
has filed -
an application for approval -of�a special land use permit _
to allow - construction of a new residence,
having a height in excess •of-fifteen (15) feet located -on -property
the street address -of which is
13535 Country Way
and in accordance with theP rovisions of Section 9=5_-1104 Of _the
Los Altos Hills Municipal Code a Public Hearing shall be -held
thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, -BE--IT RESOLVED as follows:

1 . That the City Council hereby fixes as the time and- place
for the Public Hearing on the above-described application for a
special land useWednesday,
permit the hour of 7 :30 P.M.PMon
Oct. 2 1985 in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont
Road, Los Altos Hills, California.
2 . The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause
notice of the Public Hearing to be made by doing each of the follow-
ing things not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the
Public Hearing, to wit:
(a) Posting of a Notice of Hearing in at least three (3)
public
places in the City.
(b) Posting of at least three (3) copies of a Notice of
Hearing on the real property described above in accordance with
Section 9-5.1105 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code.
(c) Giving. Notice _of said -Public Hearing by--first class
mail to any person _who has filed =a --written request therefor with
the City of the -Town of Lot . Altos -Hills, and- to the owner of the
real property described above and to -the-applicant -for" -the special --
land use -permit.- - ---•
(d) Giving Notice of said Public Hearing by mail or by
personal delivery to all persons, including individual-s-, -corporations,_
or other public -entities, shown on the-last Equalized -assessment ro1-1--- -.
as owning real property within three hundred (300.) - feet of"the real-
_ property described above.._ --- -
