RESOLUTION NO. 127-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND
PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR A
SPECIAL LAND USE PERMIT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on January 30, 1985 , the City Council of the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted Ordinance No. 292 which imposed
a moratorium upon the use of real property for the construction of
any structure or for the conversion of any existing structure in
excess of a maximum height of fifteen (15) feet unless a special
land use permit was first issued; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 292 thereafter was extended by Ordinance
No. 295; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM LISAC, an unmarried man
has filed an application for approval of a special land use permit
to allow construction of an addition to an existing house,
having a height in excess of fifteen (15) feet located •on property .
the street--address of-which is 13850 Templeton Place
and in accordance with the provisions of Section 9-5.1104 of- the
Los Altos Hills Municipal Code .a Public Hearing shaflbe. held
thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE;_-EE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1 . That the City Council hereby fixes as the time and- place
for the Public Hearing on the above-described application for a
special land use permit the hour of 7 :30 P.M. on Wednesday, Octo-
ber 2 , 1985 in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont
Road, Los Altos Hills, California.
2 . The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause
notice of the Public Hearing to be made by doing each of the' follow-
ing things not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the
Public Hearing, to wit:
(a) Posting of a Notice of Hearing in at least three. (3)
public places in the City.
(b) Posting of at least three (3) copies of -a Notice of
Hearing on the real property described above in accordance with
Section 9-5.1105 of the Los Altos Hills -Municipal Code,
(c) Giving Notice of--said Public Hearing by first class
mail to any person who=has--filed -a written request therefor with: --
the City of the Town of Los Altos-Hills, and to -the -;owner -of the- - -
real
-real property described -above andr-to the--applicant=for--=the ssecial:-
land use permit. - •
(d) Giving Notice of said Public Hearing by mail or by •
personal delivery to all persons, including individuals , -corporations,--
or other public entities, shown on the last equalized- assessment' -roll -
as owning real property within three hundred (300) - feet =of the -real

REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18th day of September , 1985. .
