RESOLUTION NO. 134-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS
IN CONNECTION WITH LANDS OF SCHWARZ
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, certain improvements wererequired to be constructed as
a condition of approval of the Parcel Map, entitled
A Part of RANCHO LA PURRISIMA CONCEPCION
Being the Lands of Schwarz
the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Conditions of
Approval" of the said subdivision, as approved by the City Council on
January 5, 1983 and on the Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council, to execute
that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said City and the develop-
ers; and
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond executed by AMWEST SURETY INSURANCE
COMPANY in the amount of One Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Dollars
($193 , 000) was posted with the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills by the
Subdividers , KARL E. SCHWARZ and MARTHA A. SCHWARZ ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected the
site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the Subdivision Improve-
ment Plans.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same .
are hereby accepted.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of October, 1985.
