RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP
CONCERNING THE LANDS OF WUBBELS-ALVAREZ
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council having examined the proposed Final
Parcel Map entitled:
"PARCEL MAP
BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 26&27 , MAP -OF THE
M&M TAAFFE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 4 OF THE TAAFFE
PARTITION IN THE RANCHO LA PURISSIMA CONCEPCION,
BK. I OF MAPS, PGS. 72 , 73 , S.C. COUNTY RECORDS"
and having determined that the said Map is in conformity with the
requirements of Chapter 4 entitled "Subdivision" of Title 9 of the
Los Altos Hills Municipal Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED, as
follows :
1. The City Council of the City of the Town 'of Los Altos Hills
hereby approves the above-described Final Parcel Map executed by
Lynn G. Wubbels and Judith E. Wubbels , his wife, and Clarence Z
Alvarez and Rosalie G. Alvarez , his wife, and accepts on behalf of
the public any streets, roadways, ways or easements offered for
dedication and delineated on the Map.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 16th day of October, 1985.
