A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION •
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF i

LOS ALTOS HILLS AND LEE R. SENIOR
I
RESOLVED, by the City Council of: the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,. State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills has •read and considered that certain Agreement between the
City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and LEE R. SENIOR, an individual
doing business under the. firm name and style of BLUE OX TREE SERVICE,
concerning the removal of Eucalyptus trees and stumps ,
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows :
I
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into
of the above-described Agreement, and the City of the Town of Los
Altos. Hi.11s .hereby approves this Agreement.
2 . The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills" shall enter into,
and the MayOr and City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed
• on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest an Agree-
men.t between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and Lee R.
. Senior.
3. The City Clerk be and she hereby is ordered and directed to cause the
•
Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the Santa Clara County Recorder..
