LANDS OF AVERY, 27071 Dezahara Way; File #136-09-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 6,718 square foot new residence with a 663 square foot basement (Maximum height 27'). CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (Staff -Cynthia Richardson). The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request.
