HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.2TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2009 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place. for a Public Hearing on the application of - LANDS OF ZIOHANA 693, LLC, 14140 and 14160 Donelson Place; File #210 -09 -LM; A request for a Lot Merger to combine two (2) parcels located at 14140 and 14160 Donelson Place. The proposal will result in one (1), 2.149 acre parcel zoned Residential -Agricultural (R -A). CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15305 (Staff -Brian Froelich). The file for the application is located in the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request. All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing.
