NOTICE OF
FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2009 in
the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills,
California, as the time and place. for a Public Hearing on the application of -
LANDS OF ZIOHANA 693, LLC, 14140 and 14160 Donelson Place;
File #210 -09 -LM; A request for a Lot Merger to combine two (2) parcels
located at 14140 and 14160 Donelson Place. The proposal will result in
one (1), 2.149 acre parcel zoned Residential -Agricultural (R -A). CEQA
Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15305 (Staff -Brian Froelich).
The file for the application is located in the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills
Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the
action of the Site Development Authority, Planning Commission, or the City Council in
court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Town at, or prior to, the public hearing. Further details may be obtained from the

The proposed lot merger will result in one (1) lot that is consistent with the Town's
General Plan and Zoning and Site Development Codes. Upon approval, the applicant must
submit to the Town a copy of the signed and notarized grant deeds, with legal description
and plat exhibits prepared by a licensed surveyor or civil engineer. The Town will then
prepare certificates of compliance for recordation.
