RESOLUTION NO. 165-85
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE
OF THE MEETING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED
INCREASES IN SITE DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT FEES OR CHARGES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, as follows :
1. The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7 :30 P.M. on
Wednesday, the 18th day of December, 1985 , in the Council Chambers ,
Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time
and place of the meeting at which the Council will hear oral or written
presentations made by any interested person or member of the public
concerning proposed increases in the fees charged by the City of the
Town of Los Altos Hills for making application for Site Development
Permits , or services related thereto, or concerning proposed new charges
relating to applications for Site Development Permits, or services re-
lated thereto, and which the Council has before it for consideration.
2. The data required by Section 54992 of the Government Code in-
dicating the amount of cost or estimated cost, of the City of the Town
of Los Altos Hills, required to provide the services for which the fees
or service charges described above are proposed to be increased or to
be levied, and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services,
shall be made available to the Public at least ten (10) days prior to
December 18 , 1985 , in the Office of the City Clerk, Town Hall, Los Altos
Hills , California, for inspection by the Public.
3 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause "NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED INCREASES IN OR LEVYING OF NEW SITE DEVELOP-

MENT PERMIT APPLICATION CHARGES" to be posted in at least three (3)
public places in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, not less than
ten (10) days prior to the Council meeting to be held on December 18,
1985.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 4th day of December, 1985.
