HomeMy WebLinkAbout9.1TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF SUBDIVISI®N C®IVIMITTEE REVIEW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m., TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2010 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,. 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS NICHOLSON, (APN 336-42-021), Eastbrook Avenue; File #96- 04 -TM -IS -ND -GD; A review by the Subdivision Committee of a request for a three lot subdivision of an existing 12.56 acre parcel. The property is zoned R -A (Residential -Agricultural) and is located at the end of Eastbrook Avenue. CEQA Review: Mitigated Negative Declaration (Staff -Cynthia Richardson). The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request. All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written communications should be filed at Town Hall prior to the date of the hearing.
