HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.2TOWN OF LOS ALTOS PALLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2010 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of- LANDS f LANDS OF BERMAN, 26074 Mulberry Lane; File #247-09-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 5,991 square foot two- story new residence (Maximum height 27') with a 3,125 square foot basement and 1,075 square foot swimming pool. CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) and (e) (Staff -Nicole Horvitz). The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los 'Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request.
