RESOLUTION NO . 2-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS , STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING
THE TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ADOPTION OF CERTAIN UNIFORM BUILDING, DWELLING, ELEC-
TRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL CODES BY REFERENCE
WITH CERTAIN AMENDMENTS PROPOSED THERETO
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt by reference cer-
tain Uniform Building, Dwelling, Electrical , Plumbing and Mechanical
Codes , with certain amendments proposed thereto ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 50023 . 3
of the Government Code , a public hearing is required to be held
thereon by the City Council ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1 . The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30 P.M.
on Wednesday, the 7th day of March, 1984 , in the Council Chambers ,
Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, as the
time and place for holding the public hearing on the proposed
adoption by reference of the following codes : "Uniform Building Code,
1982 Edition" ; "Uniform Building Code Standards , 1982 Edition" ; "CABO
One & Two Family Dwelling Code, 1983 Edition" ; "National Electrical
Code, 1984 Edition" ; "Uniform Plumbing Code , 1982 Edition".; and the
"Uniform Mechanical Code, 1982 Edition" , including the appendices
thereto .
2 . The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause
notice of said public hearing to be made by two publications _not
less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing of a

Notice of Public Hearing in the PENINSULA TIMES-TRIBUNE, a news-
paper of general circulation nearest to the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills , there being no newspaper published in said City.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 1st day of FEBRUARY, 1984.
