• A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION. NO . 8 -84' APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUJTION OF PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE •
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE. CITY. OF TIME TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS AND ELEANOR C . FO'WLE
RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the City of the Town of Los
• Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California , that •
• WHEREAS ,. on February .15 , 1984., the City. Council adopted
Resolution No . 8-84 entitled
"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF 'PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
• ELEANOR C . FOWLE ; AND THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS , AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION THEREOF"
wherein the City Council authorized the entering into of a Private .
the construction and maintenance of a
a

Road Maintenance Agreement for
private road, namely, Old Trace Lane ; and
WHEREAS , it has been determined Old Trace Lane is not within
the boundaries of Tract 7482 , and the execution of the above-
described Agreement is not required in. connection with the approval
of Tract 7482 ,
NOW , THEREFORE , IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows :
1 . - Resolution No . 8-84 be, and it hereby is repealed, and "
.annulled . .
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21st day of MARCH , 1984 .
