Drive; File #78-11-ZP-SD- GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 4,988 square foot single story residence with a 2,637 square foot basement and 1;078 square foot swimming pool (Maximum height: 27 feet). CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 A&E.
