RESOLUTION NO. . 61-84
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION •
OF A LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL -
AID PROJECTS (No. 04-5324) BETWEEN THE CITY OF THE
' TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
' RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town
of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, . State of California,
that;
WHEREAS;i the City Council_ of';.the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills has read and considered that certain Local Agency -
State Agreement For Federa-l ' - Aid- Projects 'between the CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS and the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting
by and through the Department: of; Tra_nsportation,, concerning
prosecution of projects 'for the improvement or. restoration of
roads and ' the maintenance thereof including . the participation -
of=Federal Funds therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT:. IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows :
. . 1. Public interest and convenience require the entering
into of the above-described Agreement, and .the City of the Town
of Los Altos Hills hereby approves this Agreement.
2. The .City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter
into, and the Mayor and City Clerk of. the .City of the Town of
Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized. .
and directed on behalf of said .City, respectively, to execute
and attest. the above-described Agreement between the CITY OF
THE• TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS and 'the STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
