TUESDAY, MARCH 13, 2012 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF ZEEV, 26493 Weston Drive; File #274-11-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 4,824 square foot single story residence with a 997 square foot detached secondary dwelling unit and a 708 square foot swimming pool. (Maximum building height: 18') CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) and (e) (staff -Brian Froelich).
